This consists of a review of current issues which influence the state of the profession, as well as theoretical frameworks and approaches which have relevance to the professional context which is being studied. A major programme of work which addresses issues in the workplace will be undertaken.

The following will also be undertaken: evaluation of the work, and its impact upon the organisation; preparation of a portfolio; production of a reflective report, and the contribution of the programme of work to practice and the profession.
