Study Options

On-Campus

Each year, depending on industry demand, UCC will offer on-campus programmes at the Turks & Caicos Institute of Professional Studies (TCIPS) if sufficient registrations are received from students desirous of pursuing a UCC Associate degree. (Check above to see face-to-face programmes proposed for 2012).

However, only students who possess 60 transferable credits of prescribed courses can matriculate to the upper level of the UCC’s Bachelor’s degree offered at TCIPS.  Students who possess an associate degree or its equivalent but do not possess all the transferable credits required by UCC will be invited to complete these credits (or courses) as an online course at UCC Online. (When you apply, make sure to submit an official transcript to UCC for an evaluation to be done to verify whether you have transferable credits.)

UCC reserves the right to cancel/withdraw a programme if the registration is insufficient for an on-campus class.

UCC Online

UCC Online offers students a mix of both online and on-campus teaching for the delivery of its degree programmes. However, UCC will not be able to offer on-campus teaching if there is an insufficient number of students enrolled for any course and would have to revert to offering such undersubscribed courses as online courses.

However, UCC also has the right to withdraw/postpone a scheduled course or programme if the registration is insufficient for an online course or programme.
