Application Process

We are pleased you are considering the University College of the Caribbean for your studies. To get started, please take the following steps:

  1. Complete our online application form for your programme of study. Ensure all your contact information, including email address, is included and correct.
  2. Submit required documents. To complete your application, you must submit the following documentation:
  • Official transcripts from all secondary and post-secondary institutions that you have attended. These must be sent directly from each  institution in a sealed envelope.
  • Proof of English Language proficiency (if applicable).

  Please note that:

  1. All credentials must be official, original documents or notarized, attested copies of the original.
  2. Applicants may ask the Ministry of Education to certify copies of original documents.
  3. Where documents are notarized, a stamp or seal must appear on the photocopy, along with the date and information pertaining to the Notary Public (name, title, and address).
  4. Send your completed application form online.
  5. Send documents and certified copies of your birth certificate (and marriage certificate, if applicable), certified copies of examination certificates along with a passport size photo to:
