Consultation

Schedule an appointment for individualized assistance to discuss research strategies and library resources on a specific topic.

Bibliographic Instruction
Instruction in the use of the library, its resources and services, is accomplished through bibliographic instruction classes for students and in service seminars for faculty & staff. It is a service offered by the librarian to acquaint researchers with the materials available at UCC Library and introduce them to the world of information available beyond our library walls. Instruction can take the form of formal lectures given in the classroom (20-30 people), or, can be a more personalized tutorial session (1-5 people in the library). Topics taught range from simple tours and basic “how to use the catalog” to explanations of how to research items through the Internet.

Collaborative Information Services

The UCC and UTech have embarked on a collaborative relationship, allowing UCC students to access UTech’s resources and vise versa. Please contact your library for more information.
